I think the best way to make brownies is too take the oil ( or some people use butter) that you use for cooking them and put it in a pan with some herbs. Put the pan on the stove top and allow the oil and herb to simmer for a while. The oil will absorb all the herbal goodness!!! Then proceed to cooking the brownies as normal. This way you dont have huge chunks of herb in your brownies!!!
