I bet they are someones grow. Because if not then you will see some plants in all stages of size. These are only 2 feet tall. Seems someone just planted them recently. All I know is you better be careful going out there. People will kill to protect themselfs or the crop.

Harvest time outdoors is not till september or october depending on strain.
