I'm 60, been smoking since I was 17 except for a few years living in a country where I couldn't score. My lungs are a bit tired, any ideas for an easy to make tea (that works)?

started smoking in 1973. hit it hard til 1998 and just got bored and way too busy to smoke,
started smoking again about a year ago for medical reasons.
