I had wondered that too.its a plant called Salvia what i found is that its an Asian plant that has effects that arent really like marijuana because, it doesnt have thc in it

seems to be much more of a hallucinogen

Don't ever try those herbal smoke things. They don't tell you what there made of, so you have know idea what you are smoking, and it could be very harmful to your health. Salvia Divinorum is hallucinogetic sage, so it is ok to smoke, and they sell it in head shops here, too.

i was actually wondering about everything but salvia. I hear its sweet for about 10 minutes.When you hit your peak i guess you get out of body vision.

Salvia? Yeah, about 5 to 10 minutes. It's pretty strange. When I did it, I didn't really feel it, but my friends were trippin pretty good. ;D

My Homey and I were talkin about this today, he made a pretty valid point.

1. The THC makes you stay calm, lazy and usally out of trouble.

2. The hallucinogen is more likely to make you go out and get "caught" or do something dumb, or just all around get into trouble.

His Point being that the Government/State/City makes no money off pot heads not getting into trouble. Where these other drugs, like the hallucinogen might get you into trouble at one point or another, which gets the person stuck in the system, which becomes...

Court Costs, Attorny Fees, Councler Fees, Rehab Fees, and also grants state/citys with more money to "combat" the drugs. So what he was saying, all in all, is the other Drugs make the government more money in an unaccountable way.

Pretty good theroy.

I smoked Legal Buds ONCE......GAHHHHHH thats the nastiest crap ever...and I've smoked things like Oregano and Dillweed as well as some other spices (Trying to see if it would work as a placebo once so I could trick a buddy of mine) Dillweed and Oregano actually taste like weed (just a lot more harsh smoke and it doesnt get you high)

legal buds UGH GAHHHHHH I shudder every time I think about it, it just gives me the willies

Salvia is not what they consider a legal smoke. Salvia is an incense that if smoked makes you trip for like 5 minutes. Only the powder form is of any use besides incense. Its not that worth it to me. I think it tastes gross. And it is harmful to you to be smoke just like smoking anything at all is harmful to you.

Where are people getting their info????

I've tried salvia a few times. I had an awesome but ackward trip that lasted maybe five minutes, tops. The effects are nothing like marijuana. I bought it at my local smoke shop.
