![]() | high all...........Here I will post growing hints as they come to mind. Today i want to share a flowering hint: Growers in the know use some kind of liquid sugar solution such as " Carboload" by Advanced Nutrients in each watering during flowering. This helps in creating a heavier resin content on your buds and aids in root maintenance. Last year i started using organic blackstrap molasses to replace the more expensive Carboload. It has worked great! Use 5ml per gallon (4 litres)............. and for your diet, it's good too. Happy Growing! |

![]() | NEW HINT: Choosing your lighting for growing is an important part of any garden. I have used the three most common type of bulbs: HPS ( high pressure sodium ), MH ( metal halide ) and FLORESCENT in my gardens. It's always a trade off when choosing the high pressure bulbs...they supply an abundance of lumens, but also give off mucho heat and are costly to maintain. Floros on the other hand are very cheap to run and with enough of them you can do a very good job growing out your crop. Todays compact floros are ideal for starting up a small garden indoors. If you want to flower under floros expect a reduced return upon harvest, but the resin count will still be up there if you use the best possible feeding program. Hempy ![]() |

![]() | NEW HINT: When growing pot from seed, it's important to remember to start with a small pot and graduate with alternately larger pots. The young roots like to find the edge of the pot before growing towards the bottom. If you use a larger pot than necessary you make the side roots spend too much energy finding the edge and thereby stunting the growth in height. So graduate your pots at least three times to get to the largest one that you will flower in. FLOWER POWER ![]() |

![]() | GOOD DAY Y'ALL!! BACK TODAY WITH A SIMPLE HINT ABOUT GERMINATING SEEDS. THIS IS THE EASIEST TRICK EVER! PICK THE BIGGEST, PLUMPEST SEEDS YOU WANT TO START.......CUT A PIECE OF PAPER TOWEL JUST A LITTLE SMALLER THAN A REGULAR ZIP LOCK BAGGIE....MOISTEN THE PAPER TOWEL THOROUGHLY WITH WATER....PLACE YOUR SEEDS ( ABOUT 6-8 ) ON THE LOWER HALF OF THE TOWEL, SPACED EVENLY.....THEN FOLD OVER THE TOP HALF.........OK, NOW OPEN YOUR BAGGIE AND CAREFULLY PLACE THE TOWEL WITH THE DAMP SEEDS INSIDE, KEEPING IT FLAT.....MAKE SURE THE AIR IS OUT AND ZIP THE BAGGIE SHUT. FIND A COOL, DARK PLACE TO STASH THE BAGGIE FOR 3-4 DAYS.....I USE A DRAWER IN MY BEDROOM. WHEN READY TO PLANT, OPEN BAGGIE....PULL OUT PAPER TOWEL AND CAREFULLY UNFOLD, REVEALING YOUR GERMINATED SEEDS. POKE A 1/2 INCH - 1 INCH HOLE IN THE EARTH....( DEPENDING ON HOW LONG THE LITTLE MAIN ROOT IS ) AND PLACE IN GENTLY... ONLY COVERING SLIGHTLY WITH EARTH......DO NOT PACK DOWN! PUT UNDER FLORESCENCE LIGHT ( PREFERABLY ). MOST WILL BREAK THE SURFACE THE NEXT DAY.....SPRAY THE SURFACE REGULARLY TO KEEP MOIST....DO NOT SOAK OR OVERWATER! I ALSO GIVE THEM A LITTLE HELP IF THE SEED SHELL DOES NOT FALL OFF SOON...I SPRAY WITH WATER AND VERY CAREFULLY TRY TO NUDGE THE SHELL WITH MY FINGERNAIL OR THE TIP OF A REGULAR KITCHEN KNIFE. HAPPY GROWING FOLKS!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() |
