This thread is for all you stoners that want to give a shout out for the PS3! From Tekken 5, FolkLore,GTA 4, Elder Scrolls, and the upcoming Guitar Hero 4, to Playstation Eye and SIXAXIS feature-utilizing downloads, PS3 rocks! Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 Xbox 360 Live: 15th | Re: Playstation 3 Rocks well i had a 360 for over a year and had like 18 games (mostly award winning titles) and i sold it all when i got my ps3 sorry just a personal opinion but i cant stand the gates box .... in a year i had 2 go out and im sure the 3'rd wouldnt have lasted too much longer if i hadnt sold it .. im MORE than happy with my PS3 and the games are actually fun to play lol .. but admittedly im big into online gaming and it makes all the difference in the world to me that i didnt know anybody who played 360 much and i know an assload of old friends who play PS3 online ... i'll admit that the 360 hangs with the PS3 in almost every category as far as gaming goes (at least for now) but i just dont see why all the 360 fanboys cant show the same respect for us PS3 owners always talkin trash lol ok guess im touchy about it i'll shut up now hahaha ... as far as games that rock im loving some socom confrontations .. fallout 3 .. deadspace ... and i cant wait to get my hands on little big planet and valkyria chronicles .. oh yeah and chick already asked her parents for guitar hero world tour with 2 guitars for christmas  |

You can polish a turd, but in the end its still a turd. Not that x360 started out any better. But after winning games that were exclusive to PS3 like Final Fantasy. Theres just no real reason to own a PS3. Xbox live, while 10 dollars a month, is vastly superior to the PS3 Live. The new update coming is going to destroy WII as well with its avatars. Any game that comes out is first developed for 360, then ported over to PS3. You can tell that by ports like Fallout 3 that were just complete crap on the PS3. Freezing, crashing, save problems. All over the net. Of course, let me say. I got my 360 free for a christmas present from my boss 3 years ago. I wouldn't own a 360 OR a PS3 if it weren't for that. I am a PC gamer. Also I bought a wii and it hasnt been used in like a year. What a let down. |

I much rather own something a little older because the games and controllers are cheaper. Right now I am stuck on Need for Speed Carbon.  |
