blueberry northernlights clones from friend cfl topping hydro

Hello we are trying a new grow from a friends clones that are northern lights and blueberry started 11/12/09 and it was infested with spider mites, we where unaware for 3 weeks, well honestly till we visually saw spider webs on plants.

So here we go boys and girls another ride we first started out with newbes white rhinos and then glorious white rhinos. so these pics are from 11/12/09 we received 4 clones of blueberry/northern lights.
The old cabinet has been retired and we found a new (prob 20 yrs old great handmanship to gut out sorry old carpenters).

pretty rough right and there roots where chlorophyll coated. Here's what they look like now.

As for lights we have 9 100 watt comparable CFLS and 1 150 watt CFL lights its grow air temp is about 85 degrees and nutes are at 1290 now PPM (i know its high but I will get RO water this morning to take it down 2 like 1000.

did the mites go away? Leave alot of damage?

Thanks Sash! We are trying, we aren't sure as of yet if the mites are gone. I think we caught them early enough that they didn't cause too much damage, especially since we can't see any major white spots on the leaves. Cross your fingers!

We used a product called Doktor Doom Spider Mite Knock Out which is completely none harmful to the little girls and will take out the Spider Mite problem. We have been checking back regularly and there hasn't been a sighting of a live on yet! So we are very hopeful they are all gone. We will post new pictures soon!!!

Day 49 VEG
These pics where taken a few hours ago, the plants look alil glossy and the top of the tote has over spray of DOKTOR DOOM spider mite knockout (just in case you where wondering).
The reason for another spray is due to the fact that 2 mites have been spotted.
Well that's about all I can think to mention at the moment. Any questions/comments welcomed.

looking very nice and thanks for the info i had a bit of a mite problem used sum neem oil and sum sevens dust worked wonder alil on the $$ side but congrats on killing them and good luck

Day 63 Blooming Day 5

So this is how they look after 5 days of blooming, prior to blooming they had 62 hours of total darkness (I wanted to try this out b/c I've heard it may speed up time for plants to grow pistils).
So far no mites seen.
The plants are 18" tall now, they where 16" tall 2 days ago.

Day 58 Blooming Day1
Before I turned the lights on to start the Blooming cycle they where in total darkness for 38 hours, I just wanted to try this method out. Supposedly the plants start to grow there pistols sooner, probably a bunch of Huey but we shall soon see. Currently the plants are in there 5th day in Bloom mode so time will tell!

So here's the girls, I cant believe it but there are Pistils popping out all over the place and its only the 6th day of blooming. I never had them show Pistils this fast, Wow I'm so proud of these lil girls!!

What a huge turn around!!!! i wish i could grow again but the boss (wife)says no! i thought spider mites were mostly an outdoor thing, you did an awesome job cleaning em up and getting em back on track....February is gonna be good for you! LOL
