 |  Grandma Marijuana Dies Mae Nutt, the cannabis-law reform activest known as " Grandma Marijuana dies at age 86. in 1978, After watching her son fight the effects of chemotheropy by using marijuana. Mae became an outspoken advocate of medical marijuana. Although her son died, she relized the value of cannibis in relieving his suffering. In 1979 Mae's efferts on behalf of medical patients-which included testifing at committee hearings in the State Senate- resulted in the passage of Michigan's first medical-marijuana law. She was also noted for supplieng pot to patients in need. (Taken from High Times artical May issue) |

Thats the point it doesn't solve it the same way at all. There's some one who just joined the site saying how he uses marijuana for medical reasons because he was injured in war and he says that morphine does not help him anywhere near the same way as marijuana. Read and learn. hello | |

I know a few peole that used pot for the pain and they said it really helped a lot better than pills. They didn`t need to smoke a lot to get relief either. I would use it for my back pain but it gets me toooooo high lol |

There are so many benefits to medical marajuana that the government should just keep their nose out of it! Besides if the government would just legalize it think also of how many farmers that wouldit would save their homes too, I mean pot can grow in dramatic situations. I wish people would just see that there is more too it than just a bunch of people sitting on a couch eating bags of chips. |
