Although pot is pretty easy to get here, it is still illegal. Its just not a crime to have small amounts or smoke it. They just take away your stash and give you a fine. The penalties for growing or selling pot however are still very stringent and can carry jail time. I have heard of a few Canadians that actually have med. marijuana prescribed and supllied but I think the quality is questionable. SMOKE-ON brother! |
