Cop Punched My Friend

My friend was sitting on a bench smoking week when a cop came up to him. But here is the thing...the cop was not in uniform but he told my buddy to stop smoking and hand over the Marijuana right away. Since the guy was not in uniform my friend said "let me see your badge"
the cop took this as resisting arrest or something and felt the need to break my friend's nose.

Any form of legal action that can be taken?

A little bit. The cop swears my mate was resisting so that somehow justified a broken nose. Screwed up world.

You can't resist arrest from an undercover cop that hasn't showed any credentials... Where the hell do you live and did this actually go to court and judge ruled against your friend?? I hope not cause thats fucking absurd.

Actually if your friend can prove he did not show proper identification than you can file a lawsuit against the officer for assault and or press criminal charges against him. Also if the officer did take the weed and try to arrest your friend for possesion than your friend will be released as there was no proper identification shown so for all your friend knows it could have been some guy who really doesnt like weed.

Yea, Problem I would say in proof, if no witnesses the courts all ways favor the pigs word over the civilian. Major Bogus bro, sorry to hear it.

The public and the court blindly belives the news from newspapers and from the cops. Cops do fake , but they always get all the belief. Its a shit.

I heard somewhere that there were police sell back Marijuana that they caught.

Well, selling weed is a really good business plus if you are ready to be hang of course in my country. These drug-dealers are re 'making' a lot of profit.

Yes they will. Any drug trafficking in my country carries the mandatory death sentence. It is really not worth to do these risky activities, unless the government agree to legalize it
