So me and my GF are driving across Arizona from the California direction to reach Tucson (Interstate 8) and as were driving along we light up a bit. I take two medium sized hits from my blue sherlock. One hour later theres this car behind us turning his brights on and off every so often but not in the three "look out theres a cop" sign. So we roll up to a US Border patrol check point. The agents ask us if they can check our car and we know that if we say no then they're gonna do it anyways and say they had probable cause. They find two of our pipes our grinder with 3 bowls and say. Ok cuz you guys didnt fight with us and cooperated were gonna call the local cops and see what they wanna do with you. Turns out the local cops dont give a damn about personal use for two young adults on the highway. In the process we're officially arrested and placed in a transport tank van. One more hour passes and were taken into a trailer and asked "who's weed is it" my girl takes the fall instantly and they ask if im intoxicated. Im almost 2 and a half hours sober and the moment i say no they jump all over me and insist im blazed. So im put back in their holding van for a hour while they call the cops again with a "we have a DWI for you". This time one cop comes out while my girl friend is given a citation (about equal to a traffic ticket but no points on her liscence although they tell her its extraditable from colorado and that she might do jail time.) The cop arrives and runs me through every roadside there is in Arizona and finds that im not high, just tired. Finally were let go and continue down the road. Turns out even with their dogs the Border patroll missed 1 bowl in a cellophane and a glass pipe. Booyah!
