The authorities only got wise of it's narcotic effects a few years back and police categorized it same as drugs. Before this, addicts were getting high on it without geting anyone into a fuss. But now, it is illegal to plant it. |

They say that its feelings like drugs and can be easily found in our jungle because it grow naturally and nobody plant it. However, after the announcement made by police, ‘Ketum’ was destroyed. You might also be given death penalty if you have it. |
