You can work out , try doing situps or jumping jacks, even push ups. Then if I really cant sleep I will eat something kind of filling and walla im out like a light. I know its not good to eat and sleep but I do it alot so I guess it dont hurt that much? Try a sleep aid if that dont help. They sell them over the counter. SF |

Its just weird when you wake up knowing you were sleeping for 10 hour but it feels like none... but I got my buds sooo it makes it all better  |
