Is there any way to change my time setting i seem 2 be stuck in a diffrent zone and i know at not the pot lol ty-misery

Click UserCP then it's under 'Edit Options'

Go to your profile
Click customize profile
On the left hand side click edit option
Scroll down and you should see date and time options
