A friend telling me he heard on one them talk radio shows ..
Some guy in new york kickig it with his dog in park .. So a police woman poseing as a hooker trys to pick up on him ,, He politely says no thanks !!
Now while doing so she smells maryjane ..
She leaves,, he lights joint back up setting on bench petting his dog ..

All of a sudden he is tackled by 2 men knocking him to ground,, handcuffed ,, One says we got the maryjane cigreett and beat U will find more drugs when we seach him ..

they searched him found nothin else ..

So they also charged him with haveing a dangerous attack toy poodle ..

because his lil dog was barking and growling when his master was attacked ..

He ends up in court ! had to pay bail ! Takes attorney & 6 lb.s dog to court ..
Witness'es say he did not resist, lil dog only barked and growled never attacked police officers
And cops were over zellous and failed to I.D. them selfs, could show no cause for arrest for a minor affence of small possetion, and offiers lied to make arrest look good ..

And all city says is Oh well we ask the officers to say we are sorry it was all a mistake ..

His attorney says the city should pay !!
