![]() | It makes about 15 but you should only eat two @ a time. You wil need: 45g of butter-you could add a lil canabis butter to ya butter 100g soft brown suger 4 tablespoons of maple or brown syrup 1 teaspoon baileys-dant matter what flavor 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon-opptional 100g darkchocolate broken up for dipping 100g milkchocolate broken up 2 - 5g of good hashish, warmed or finely powdered, or if you are a weed user the crystals from ur grinder will work perfectly you will also need heavy based pan HOW TO MAKE: prepare ur hash 1st then put everything other than ur hash and chocolate into the pan, stir over a low heat until all the suger has dissolved.Add the broken milkchoclote and slowly heat the pan to 120 degrees centigrade. If ya dont have a thermometer dont stress it, once it starts to bubble pour a drop of cold water onto a bowl and pour a lil f the toffee onto it as it cools down it will show what stage its in for exsample:for a soft chewy caramel it will roll into a ball, the hotter it becomes the more harder and toffee like it will end up.remove pan from stove and put on a cooled surface. Once it has settled and cooled down to about 60degrees celcius, its safe to stir in the hash or crystals. put in a buttered baking tin once it cool enough to handle. You can cut it into squares or roll into balls ready to be put in the fridge to harden. To add a li taste of heaven melt ur dark chocolate in a bowl in the microwave on defrost for a few min. Then dip ur balls or squares in it and let it cool on ax paper-which it can be rolled in and stored in a tin wraped up in the fridge. thanks hope u injoy-misery |
