You are 18 or older to participate with any features on DankSpot.com!

Never give out your personal information. No staff on DankSpot will ever request any personal information or passwords at any time, ever!
*Note: In order to be able to claim some physical prizes you may have to share information with ValleyJoe and/or HempsterX.

DankSpot will always be 100% with having free speech. However we encourage that you give some "common sense" thot to your words before posting them. Excessive hate/racial use at or towards any member of DankSpot will be unacceptable and will most likely lead to termination of your account. Harassment and abuse of other members will get you banned. While a humorous flame where needed once in a while is tolerated, if you just cant seems to like the dude then find someone else to talk to for stoners sake.

We advise against ever publicly requesting to sell/buy weed or looking for connections in posts and threads or profile. These types of messages will be removed.

Posting out of topic, we really dont consider this a huge deal unless it just becomes an obsessive behaviour, in which case you may recieve a PM to be more aware of topics. Staff retain all rights to move/remove your posts/threads as needed.

If rules get violated we will first contact you by Private Message to correct the issue. The staff may reply to your message asking you to quickly check your Private Messages. This will keep most issues not public and leaves no need for members to make unessessary comments on violations. If at anytime the situation becomes unstable and innapproriate the staff may lock your account access untill a Admin can be reached. This is our basic procedure, so if you disaree with any request to correct issue or believe you are justified then calmly request an Admin to look in on it.

Any staff issues can be directed to me in a private message. We have a zero tolerance policy against staff abuse, this includes banter, posting harmful content or harassment.

Signatures:

You can use graphics, no bigger than 468x60 and please keep the file as small as possible.

You may link to one website in your signature. Cannot be sites link to virus, trojan or otherwise harmful sites. Contact us first if you want to post an affiliate link. Linking URL must be the sites home/entrance page.
