DankSpot Update 9-21-08

Ok, sorry it took so long, most if its done aside from a few changes left but heres whats been done.

Patched site's core to current security updates.
Updated a few modifications and fixxed bugs.
Added auto tagging system for new threads.
Updated the forums home area to be more stoner friendly.
Added requested forums of discussion.
Added Donation system and VIP Subscriptions.
Updated Topic of the week system to be Topic of the Month, fixxed some bugs.
StonerCams Updated with some new features!!

and a few things im forgetting im sure, but if you find any problems or issues reply and lemme know.
